Iowa State displayed some offensive firepower of their own as they ranked 11th in the nation in passing yards per game, closing the season with 311.3 on average (top 8%). Since the experts predict a defeat, Louisiana will need to dig deep. Perhaps they’ll be able to flip the script and come out with a big win.
The Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns football team is scheduled to travel to Jack Trice Stadium to face the Iowa State Cyclones in their 2020 season opener on Saturday, Sept. 12.
The game is scheduled to start at 11 a.m. CT.
The Ragin’ Cajuns went 11-3 overall and 7-1 in the Sun Belt Conference during the 2019 season. UL finished the 2019 season with a 27-17 win against Miami (Ohio) in the 2020 LendingTree Bowl.
In 2019, the Cyclones finished 7-6 overall and 5-4 in the Big 12 Conference.
